A steep cove above with leaf sprigs set in foliate arches rises to the top edge with clustered flowers and fruit overlaid with crossed straps. The broad cove has a stippled texture rising up to a carved ribbon and stick motif below a carved curling ribbon interspaced with small balls at the top edge. This carved frame has a foliate sight edge with sanded frieze below an ogee profile with leaves, flowers and strap work on a cross hatched background.
