18th C. Italian provincial carved silver leaf frame.

This frame has a slightly carved sight edge, a cove set between narrow cross hatched bands and a convex profile with stylized leaves at the corners and centers with plain raised panels between. Flat sides. It appears to have been reduced slightly from its’ original size. Bronze paint covers the original silver gilding.
