Description

This frame rises in tiers of ornament from a narrow flat sight edge, a row of beads, lamb’s tongue, a flat fillet and acanthus leaves on a small cove. The top edge with a leaf and berry motif, and corner and center straps extends over the yellow ochre cove sides. The original gilding has been re-gilded in the late 19th C.

Moulding Width: 4 3/8

Any of our frames can be restored, re-sized or have a gilded liner added to alter the size.
