Description

This frame has a foliate sight edge with a flat frieze rising in an ogee profile with curling leaves, flowers and C-scrolls on a textured background. The imposing extended corners have large beaded C-scrolls at either side with curling leaves and fanned leaves in the centers. Cove sides with lozenge shapes at the back edge. Original gilding.

Moulding Width: 5 3/4
